On-going maintenance is treated as a new service and is billed on a case-to-case basis or as a convinent yearly fee to update your pages.

Maintenance fees are based on the amount of page updates required. A page update is:

1. When an existing page has been replaced with new content; the old content may be archived in some cases.
2. When content has been added or removed from the layout of an existing page.
3. Minor Changes after the completion of the website. Anything that DOES NOT REQUIRE a major change in graphics, layout, html coding, scripting, and forms is considered a minor change. Example of minor changes are small updates to the page such as new dates, text inserts (no more than one paragraph), or change in email or postal address.
